Very Very IMPRESSED! Customer service is impeccable! Walked in needing an inspection and was greeted by employees with a smile who were friendly and polite. Minimal wait time. Both gentleman who were hard at work on a hot day made polite conversation and I witnessed a patient explanation of the inspection process to an elderly client who was new to the process. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time! Way to go Tire House!

Good customer service is so hard to find, but I found it today with a Technician named Frank. Frank's people skills are exceptional. I felt so comfortable talking with him and although I was an older female, I did not feel in any way, that he was trying to take advantage of me. Sometimes, it is not about the money. Good customer service makes the money you spend so much more worthwhile. Excellent job Frank!!!
They were very professional and informative I had to join the rewards program and my oil changes will now be by oil change and tire spot
